基于当地实际消费与产出的生态承载力分析——以湖南省临湘市为例

Analysis of ecological carrying capacity based on local actual consumption and output: A case study of Linxiang City in Hunan Province

摘要: 以2010年和2018年《临湘市统计年鉴》为基础,结合临湘市国土空间规划(2019—2035年)等相关统计数据,利用生态足迹法对临湘市的生态足迹进行分析。结果表明,临湘市人均生态足迹呈明显上升趋势。通过计算当地各生物资源的实际产量,得出当地的产量因子,从而计算出更符合当地实际水平的生态承载力,表明随着科技水平的发展,区域总生态承载力有所提高,但是因为人口的增加,城镇化的扩张使得人均生态承载力下降。通过分析发现,控制人口增长,加强耕地和水域的保护,提高能源利用效率和减少污染物排放能有效减缓临湘市的区域生态赤字。

Abstract: Based on Linxiang Statistical Yearbook (2010, 2018), the ecological footprint of Linxiang City was analyzed by using the ecological footprint method in combination with the relevant statistical data of the territorial space plan of Linxiang City (2019—2035).The results showed that the per capita ecological footprint of Linxiang City showed an obvious upward trend. By calculating the local actual output of each biological resource, the local yield factor was obtained, and the ecological carrying capacity more in line with the actual local level was caculated, showing that with the development of science and technology level, regional total ecological capacity increased. But the increase in population and the expansion of urbanization made the per capita ecological carrying capacity decrease. It was found that controlling population growth, strengthening the protection of cultivated land and water area, improving energy efficiency and reducing pollutant discharge can effectively alleviate the regional ecological deficit of Linxiang City.
