Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on in Vitro Plant Regeneration of Cassava

摘要: 以木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)华南102无菌苗为试验材料,研究植物生长调节剂对木薯组织培养再生的影响。结果表明,当MS培养基中添加0.4 mg/L KT时木薯腋芽增殖效果最好;1/2 MS培养基中添加MET能使木薯组培苗根变粗壮,添加浓度以0.4 mg/L为宜;单独添加2,4-D可诱导木薯无菌苗叶片愈伤组织,同时添加6-BA可改善愈伤组织质地。

Abstract: The effects of plant growth regulators on in vitro plant regeneration of cassava were investigated through tissue culture methods using seedlings derived from sterile germination of cassava varieties of huanan 102 as material. Experiment results showed that the proliferation of cassava axillary bud turned out best while added the 0.4 mg/L KT into the MS culture medium. The roots of cassava tissue cultured seedlings grew stout while added the 0.4 mg/L MET into the 1/2 MS Medium. 2,4-D could induced callus of the leaves of cassava without vaccine,Meanwhile added 6-BA could improved the texture of callus.
