蒌蒿种质资源主要营养成分评价

The Evalution of Main Nutritional Compositon of Seleng Wormwood Germplasm Resources

摘要: 对21份蒌蒿(Artemisia selengensis Turcz.)种质资源的营养成分进行了测定与评价。结果表明,21份蒌蒿种质资源,干物质含量为6.69%~11.18%,蛋白质含量为1.27%~2.00%,总糖含量为0.39%~2.52%,粗纤维含量为0.90%~1.60%。小叶红干物质含量、总糖含量及粗纤维含量在21份资源中均为最高;西山区蒌蒿蛋白质含量最高。蒌蒿干物质含量与总糖含量呈极显著正相关。与30余种新鲜绿叶蔬菜已知数据比较,蒌蒿有较高含量的干物质、粗纤维及较低含量的蛋白质。

Abstract: The nutritional compositions of 21 germplasm resources of seleng wormwood(Artemisia selengensis Turcz.) were determined and evaluated. The results showed that, the dry matter content, the protein content, the total sugar content and the crude fiber content of the 21 seleng wormwood were 6.69%~11.18%, 1.27%~2.00%, 0.39%~2.52% and 0.90%~1.60% respectively. The seleng wormwood of Xiaoyehong had the highest dry matter content, total sugar content and crude fiber content; and the seleng wormwood of Xishanqu had the highest protein content in 21 accessions. The dry matter content of seleng wormwood was extremely significant positive correlation with the total sugar content. Compared with over 30 green leafy vegetables, seleng worwood had higher dry matter content, crude fiber content and lower protein content.
