摘要: 制茶工艺是影响绿茶品质的一个关键因素,绿茶制作工艺的发展经历了从手工化、机械化、自动化的发展历程,随着信息技术的发展,特别是物联网技术的应用与推广,绿茶制茶工艺进入了信息化、智能化新时期。论述了绿茶制茶工艺的相关内容,并以物联网技术的视角来分析绿茶制茶过程中杀青、揉捻、干燥等环节的信息化技术应用,为绿茶制茶工艺的技术进步提供参考。

Abstract: Tea processing is one of the key factors affecting the quality of green tea. The development of green tea production process experienced the development process from manual mechanization and automation, with the development of information technology, especially the popularization and application of networking technology, green tea processing technology has entered the information, intelligent new period. The related contents of green tea produing tea process was discussed with the perspective of internet of things technology to analysed of the application of information technology green tea tea process fixing, rolling, drying etc. It could provide a reference for the technological progress of green tea.
