穗发芽抗性相关分子标记Tamyb10DVp1B3在红白粒小麦中的有效性验证

Validation of Tamyb10D and Vp1B3 Associated with Pre-harvest Sprouting Tolerance in Red-grained and White-grained Wheat Varieties

摘要: 为了筛选出有效的穗发芽抗性相关分子标记,利用240份小麦品种(系)4年的整穗发芽率数据对Tamyb10DVp1B3标记的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,①红粒比白粒抗穗发芽;②在不区分红白粒的情况下,两标记可用,Tamyb10D标记相对更好;③在区分红白粒的情况下,Tamyb10D标记仅在红粒中可用,而Vp1B3标记不可用;④Tamyb10-D1bVp-1Bc基因型在红粒中的出现频率高于白粒,特别是前者差异大(红粒、白粒分别为64.79%和1.78%)。由此推断,在不考虑子粒颜色时,两标记与穗发芽抗性的相关性主要是由其与红色子粒的相关性决定的,而非其自身作用。综上所述,Tamyb10D标记可用于红粒抗穗发芽种质筛选,Vp1B3标记不可用于红粒和白粒抗穗发芽种质筛选。

Abstract: To acquire valuable marker for pre-harvest sprouting resistance(PHS),the value of two markers(Tamyb10D and Vp1B3) were estimated in 240 wheat varieties during four years. The results were as follows:①Red-grained wheat were more tolerant to PHS than white-grained wheat.②Two makers were effective to select PHS resistant varieties without considering grain color. And Tamyb10D was more better than Vp1B3. ③Tamyb10D was associated with PHS resistance in red-grained wheat but not in white-grained wheat. While Vp1B3 was not associated with PHS resistance either in red-grained wheat or white-grained wheat.④The frequencies of Tamyb10-D1b and Vp-1Bc were higher in red-grained wheat than those in white-grained wheat. Especially for the allele Tamyb10-D1b,its frequency was 64.79% in red-grained wheat while only 1.78% in white-grained wheat. Above results indicated that the correlations between these two markers and PHS resistance were mostly determined by their correlation with red grained wheat,not by their own functions. In conclusion, marker Tamyb10D can be used to select PHS resistant varieties in red-grained wheat. But marker Vp1B3 can not be used to select PHS resistant varieties both in red-grained and white-grained wheat.
