Applied research on preparation of biotechnology fulvic acid by straw

摘要: 以花生秸秆、小麦秸秆和花生红衣为原料,用发酵法制取生化富里酸,研究不同原料的生化富里酸对植物生长的影响。结果表明,不同来源的生化富里酸对种子萌发影响不同,相同源的生化富里酸不同稀释倍数对种子萌发的影响不同,其中,花生秸秆源的生化富里酸15倍稀释液相对于空白对照提升发芽率达15.00个百分点,根长增加7.1%,种子萌发和胚根生长效果较好。

Abstract: Using peanut straw,wheat straw and peanut red clothing as raw materials, biotechnology fulvic acid was prepared by fermentation method, and the effect of biotechnology fulvic acid on plant growth was studied. The results showed that different sources of biotechnology fulvic acid had different effects on seed germination, and different concentrations of biotechnology fulvic acid from the same source had different effects on seed germination. Among them,the biotechnology fulvic acid 15 times solution of peanut straw source increased the germination rate by 15.00 percentage points and the root length by 7.1% compared with the blank, and seed germination and radicle growth were better.
