HS-SPME-GC-MS分析辛夷与其混用品的挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile components extracted from Magnoliae flos and mixed product by HS-SPME-GC-MS

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)和气质联用法(GC-MS)对辛夷(Magnoliae flos)(木兰科植物望春花的干燥花蕾)与其混用品(紫玉兰的干燥花蕾)的挥发性成分进行分析比较。结果表明,从辛夷和其混用品挥发性成分中分别分离鉴定出30、41种成分,两者共有成分有12种,辛夷挥发性成分中含量最高的是萜品烯(26.68%),混用品挥发性成分中含量最高的是樟脑(35.67%)。

Abstract: The volatile components extracted from Magnoliae flos(dried flower buds of Magnolia biondii Pamp.) and mixed product (dried flower buds of Magnolia liliflora Desr.) were analyzed by HS-SPME-GC-MS. Results showed that 30 and 41 compounds were separated and identified from Magnoliae flos and mixed product respectively,there were 12 common components, the highest content of the volatile components in Magnoliae flos is g-Terpinene(26.68%), and the highest content of the volatile components in mixed product is galcanfor (35.67%).
