切除缠绕物微耕机的设计

摘要: 为了解决微耕机在云南山地耕作过程中易被杂草缠绕、效率低下、人工劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种结构简单、体积小、易于操作的新型微耕机。实现了既可快速切除缠绕物,又能持续高效地进行旋耕作业。通过实地整机试验,该机具不仅能保证土壤耕深的稳定性,还能提高土壤破碎率,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the micro tillage machine was easily entangled by weeds, low efficiency and high labor intensity during the cultivation of Yunnan mountain, a new type of micro tillage machine was designed, which was simple in structure, small in size and easy to operate. Through field experiments, it was concluded that this machine can not only guarantee the stability of soil tillage, but also improve the soil breaking rate and achieve the desired effect.
