SD与HS-SPME分析筋骨草挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile constituents in Ajuga ciliata Bunge. by SD-HS-SPME

摘要: 采用HS-SPME和SD法提取筋骨草中挥发性成分,并用GC-MS技术对其进行分析。结果表明, HS-SPME-GC-MS法共分离出14个峰,鉴定出12种成分;采用SD-GC-MS共分析出20个峰,鉴别出16种成分。HS-SPME与SD联合GC-MS技术适用于各种不同类型挥发性成分的分析,2种方法联合使用能够得到更加全面的筋骨草挥发性成分。

Abstract: Using HS-SPME and SD to extract volatile components from bone grass and using GC-MS to analysis them. The results showed that 14 peaks were separated by HS-SPME-GC-MS, and 12 components were identified. A total of 20 peaks were analyzed by SD-GC-MS, and 16 components were identified. HS-SPME and SD combined with GC-MS technology is applicable to the analysis of various types of volatile components, and can be used to analyze more comprehensive information on volatile ingredients.
