Abstract: In the process of new rural construction, there are some quality problems in the traditional housing construction mode. The application of PDCA cycle theory in the construction quality management of new rural construction would help to ameliorate the shortcomings of the traditional construction quality management in rural areas, improve the quality standard of construction projects in new rural construction, reduce the quality and safety accidents in rural construction projects, guide the healthy development of rural construction, and accelerate the construction pace of new socialist countryside.
