野樱桃提取物挥发性成分分析及应用研究

Analysis on volatile components of wild cherry extract and its application

摘要: 采用GC-MS分析野樱桃提取物的挥发性成分。结果表明,从野樱桃提取物中共鉴定出27种挥发性成分,其中,3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸、莨菪亭、苯甲酸、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醇相对含量分别为33.21%、23.77%、12.01%、10.45%,构成了野樱桃提取物的主体香韵,可醇和烟香,有效改善烟草制品的品质。

Abstract: The volatile components of wild cherry extract were analyzed by GC-MS. A total amount of 27 volatile components were identified from wild cherry extract, including 3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzoic acid, scopoletin, benzoic acid, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol, accounting for 33.21%, 23.77%, 12.01% and 10.45% respectively, which constituted the main body flavor of wild cherry extract. The wild cherry extract can mellow the tobacco fragrance and improve the quality of tobacco products effectively.
