火焰原子吸收光谱法测定陕西临潼桑葚、桑叶中矿物质元素含量

Determination of mineral elements in mulberry and mulberry leaves in Lintong,Shaanxi province by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要: 采用HNO3-HCIO4混合酸消解样品,使用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定陕西临潼桑葚、桑叶中Fe、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu 6种矿物质元素的含量,同时做精密度和加标回收试验,并对桑葚、桑叶中矿物质元素含量进行比较分析。结果表明,桑葚与桑叶中均含有丰富的微量元素,其中矿物质元素含量为Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,以期为桑葚和桑叶的精深加工、营养学、医药学研究开发和利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: The sample was digested with HNO3-HCIO4 mixed acid, and the contents of Fe, Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn and Cu in mulberry and mulberry leaves in Lintong county of Shaanxi province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Meanwhile, the precision and standard addition recovery tests were conducted, and the contents of mineral elements in mulberry and mulberry leaves were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that both mulberry and mulberry leaves contain rich trace elements, and the order of mineral element content in mulberry and mulberry leaves are Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu, in order to provide theoretical basis for deep processing, nutrition, medical research and development and utilization of mulberry and mulberry leaves.
