超声波辅助氢化物发生-原子荧光法对桑叶茶中的硒含量测定

Determination of Selenium in Mulberry Leaf Tea by Ultrasonic Assisted Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要: 采用超声波辅助氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定桑叶茶的硒含量,具有操作简便、周期短、结果准确的优点。检测曲线方程为I=119.495 1C-0.564 1,相关系数为0.999 8,回收率的范围为92.38%~107.13%,平均回收率为98.89%。结果表明,三阳镇桑叶茶(4位叶)的硒含量最高,达到1.771 5 mg/kg,广佛镇桑叶茶(成熟叶细品)含量最低,仅有0.012 1 mg/kg。三阳镇与西河镇所生产的桑叶茶、银杏叶茶以及兴隆镇的杜仲叶茶均达到富硒标准。

Abstract: Determination of selenium content in mulberry leaf tea by ultrasonic-assisted hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry has the advantages of simple operation,short time period and accurate result. The detection curve equation is I=119.495 1C-0.564 1,the correlation coefficient R=0.999 8, the recovery range is 92.38%~107.13%, the average recovery rate is 98.89%. The results showed that Sanyang town mulberry leaf tea selenium content reached the highest, reaching 1.771 5 mg/kg, Guangfo town mulberry leaf tea content is the lowest,only 0.012 1 mg/kg. Sanyang Town and Xihe Town produced by the mulberry leaf tea,gingko leaf tea and Xinglong town of Eucommia leaf tea have reached the standard of selenium.
