摘要: 为了评估邕河流域的生态状况,采用生态足迹模型对其2016年的生态需求与供给进行测算。结果表明,人均生态足迹为0.499 12 hm2,生态承载力仅为0.265 96 hm2,人均生态盈余是-0.233 16 hm2,安全指数为-0.467 14。该流域生态处于不安全状态,为了确保今后的高质量发展,需改变当前粗放式的消费方式以节约和保护当地资源;发展高新技术以增加自然资源的产量;要注重提升人口质量而不是数量;高效合理地利用现有资源存量。

Abstract: To evaluate the ecological status in Yonghe river basin, ecological footprint model was used to calculate its ecological demand and supply in 2016. The results showed that its per capita ecological footprint was 0.499 12 hm2, the ecological carrying capacity was only 0.265 96 hm2 and the per capita ecological surplus was -0.233 16 hm2 with -0.467 14 of safety index. The ecology of the basin was in unsafe state, to ensure the high quality of development in future, it was important that current extensive way of consumption be changed to save and protect local resources; New and high technologies should be developed to increase the production of natural resources; It should be paid more attention to the quality rather than the quantity of the population; Existing resources should be used efficiently and rationally.
