摘要： 以河南省为例,探讨省辖市间的征地区片综合地价平衡方法,以期从宏观层次把握全省各省辖市征地区片综合地价整体水平。分层级构建了征地区片综合地价平衡指标体系;采用分层线性插值法进行省辖市间征地区片综合地价平衡,有助于整体把握全省区片地价,有效展示区域地价与社会经济发展及土地供需状况差异,地价平衡结果符合河南省实际。

Abstract: ： Taking Henan province as an example,the purpose of the paper is to explore the method of land area integrated price balance betweed provincial cities and to grasp the overall level of land price from the macro level. Methods of Hierarchical interpolation and comparative analysis were employed. The results showed that the hierarchical indicator systems of land area integrated price balance were built,the result of using stratified linear interpolation to balance land area integrated price betweed provincial cities can be useful to grasp the overall land price,and it can effectively display divergence of land price and socio-economic development and land supply-demand,and land price balance results conform Henan realistic.
