Automatic Friction Coefficient Measurement System Based on Parallel Four-bar Mechanism

摘要: 为快速、准确、方便地测量不同农业物料的静滑动摩擦系数,结合Arduino UNO单片机和蓝牙遥控技术,研制了一种基于平行四杆机构的手机蓝牙无线遥控的散粒摩擦系数自动测量装置。结果表明,与常规测量装置对比验证,该装置可以快速、便捷并准确地测量出不同农业物料相对于不同材质平面的静滑动摩擦角和摩擦系数,可为种子筛选、窝眼选、电力选、带选以及各种清选部件、种箱导种板倾角、排种器的型孔和型槽所处位置的角度等各种运输、贮运部件设计提供了必要的基础参数。

Abstract: : For rapid, accurate and easily measure static sliding friction coefficient of different agricultural materials, combined with the Arduino UNO MCU and bluetooth remote control technology, developed a kind of mobile phone bluetooth wireless remote control based on parallel four-bar linkage grain friction coefficient measurement device automatically. The results showed that compared with conventional measuring equipment verify that the device can quickly, easily and accurately measure the different agricultural material relative to the material plane of static sliding friction Angle and coefficient of friction, can be chosen for the seed selection, litter eye, power to choose, and various cleaning components, as well as the kind of guide plate Angle type, type of hole and slot Angle on the location and transportation, shipping parts design provides the necessary basic parameters. The measuring principle, theoretical analysis, design of motion mechanism and integrated design of control module of the device are described. Beans, coriander, green vegetables and spinach seeds were selected for the experiment. Compared with conventional measuring equipment verify that the device can quickly, easily and accurately measure the different agricultural material relative to the material plane of static sliding friction Angle and coefficient of friction, can be chosen for the seed selection, litter eye, power to choose, and various cleaning components, as well as the kind of guide plate Angle type, type of hole and slot Angle on the location and transportation, shipping parts design provides the necessary basic parameters.
