黄丝藻提油藻渣与牛粪共厌氧发酵研究

Study on co-anaerobic digestion with lipid-extracted residue of Tribonema minus and cow dung

摘要: 以黄丝藻(Tribonema minus)提油后剩余藻渣为原料,与牛粪混合进行厌氧发酵。结果表明,藻渣与牛粪混合发酵工艺能使发酵液维持在适于厌氧发酵菌群生长的pH环境。在藻渣和牛粪混合比为4∶6的厌氧发酵体系下,累计产气量(783 mL)、产甲烷速率[9.8 mL/(d·g VS)]均为最大,日产气量(86 mL/d)和累计产甲烷量(88.07 mL/g VS)较高,发酵滞留时间最短(2.1 d)。

Abstract: The test of anaerobic digestion with mixed material of lipid-extracted residue of Tribonema minus and cow dung was carried out. The results showed that the mixed anaerobic digestion system could keep the fermented liquid at a suitable pH value for the growth of the methanogens. While the ratio of lipid-extracted residue of Tribonema minus and cow dung was 4∶6, there were the highest cumulative gas production (783 mL), unit CH4 production rate (9.8 mL/(d·g VS)), higher daily gas production(86 mL/d), cumulative CH4 production (88.07 mL/g VS), and the shortest fermentation detention time (2.1 d).
