摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以华北地区N村为例,在“三农”框架下分析企业下乡后对农业生产、农村社会和农民生活的影响,同时从组织依托、人际关系嵌入、社会生活融入和因地制宜发展等方面总结了下乡企业扎根乡村社会的路径选择,为企业下乡实现“本土化”提供可借鉴的经验。

关键词: 乡村振兴, 企业下乡, “三农”, 本土化

Abstract: Taking N village in north China as an example, the changes of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" after the enterprises go to the countryside in the framework of agriculture, rural areas and farmers were analyzed. At the same time, the path choices of rural enterprises to take root in rural society were summarized from the aspects of organizational support, interpersonal relationship embedding, social life integration and local conditions to provide experience for enterprises to achieve localization.
