Abstract: The appearance of government WeChat made the government push the information of government affaired to the netizens through the public number of WeChat, provided self-service, better realized the function of serving the people, and promoted the transformation from the government to the service-oriented government. By analyzing the connotation and development of government WeChat and service-oriented government, and the necessity of government WeChat to construct service-oriented government, this paper analyzed the influence of E-WeChat on the construction of service-oriented government. Based on this, some suggestions on how to improve the operation of WeChat were put forward in the hope of improving the operation of WeChat.
