Abstract: Focusing on the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention of returned migrant workers, based on the achievement of previous research, and according to the general analytical framework for behavioral intention provided by the theory of planned behavior, the representative cases of returning home for entrepreneurship in Ningxia were analyzed, and the comprehensive influence factor model of entrepreneurial intention of returned migrant workers was constructed, then countermeasures to increase willingness and promote behavior of returned migrant workers for entrepreneurship were put forward.
