Research Advances of the Relationship between Obesity Associated Gene and Fat Metabolism Regulation

Abstract

Abstract: Obesity has become a hot focus on problems,the formation of obesity is closely related to fat metabolism. Studies have shown that fat mass and obesity associated gene（FTO） has played an important role in the process of fat metabolism regulation. This paper reviewed the FTO gene single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNPs）, interactions with associated gene, spatial and temporal expression character and energy regulation,and its regulatory mechanism in multiple signaling pathways, with the aim of expounding the relationship between the FTO gene and fat metabolism regulation, and provides the ideas and matting for the future study.
