Abstract: In order to treat biogas slurry more economically and effectively, microalgae was used to purify biogas slurry. The aim was to fully detect the changes of biogas slurry at different times and different indexes during purifying 10% diluted biogas slurry by a Chlorella pyrenoidosa for 18 days. The results showed that the algae chlorella pyrenoidosa could survive in the biogas slurry after disinfection and had a good growth status whose highest OD680 nm could reach 1.206,highest relative growth rate could reach 0.208 0. The removal rates of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonium nitrogen in biogas slurry were 61.89%,99.72% and 96.79%,respectively; The contents of NO3--N and NO2--N increased a little; And COD content showed a fluctuation curve. The feasibility of purifying the biogas slurry by C. pyrenoidosa was proved.
