Investigation on sustainable development of crawfish-rice industry in Hubei province

Abstract

Abstract: “Crawfish-rice co-farming” has become a leading industry in Hubei province because of its remarkable economic and ecological benefits and broad market prospects. After investigation of main production areas of crawfish-rice,the existing problems in crawfish-rice industry development were analyzed in Hubei,and the corresponding suggestions of industry development were proposed.
