Abstract: In order to study toxic effect of several common fish drugs on Odontobutis potamophila juveniles, static bioassays were conducted. Results showed that the24,48 and72 h ρ(LC50) of10% povidonum-iodum (PVP-I) to the fish with95% confidence interval was estimated to be1466,1148,997.6 mg/L,respectively,with the safe concentration being270.0 mg/L.Results show that the24,48 and72 h ρ(LC50) of40% phoxim to the fish with95% confidence interval was estimated to be4.030,1.207,0.409 mg/L,respectively,with the safe concentration being 0.1085 mg/L.Results showed that the24,48 and72 h ρ(LC50) of4.5% Beta-thermometric (beta-CYP) to the fish with95% confidence interval was estimated to be3.007,2.695,0.974 mg/L respectively, with the safe concentration being 0.7246 mg/L.
