Abstract: Three-dimensional reconstruction of crop wheat was carried out by using image sequence-based 3D reconstruction technique. Three-dimensional point clouds under different treatments were compared, and appropriate treatment methods were used to reconstruct three-dimensional reconstruction of different plants of the same variety. Finally, the three-dimensional model of crops was obtained. Phenotypic measurement. The results showed that the reconstructed three-dimensional model could restore the true structure of the crop to a certain extent, indicating that it was feasible to use the computer vision technology to measure the phenotype of the crop. Using the three-dimensional model to measure the phenotype of the crop was time-saving and effective for breeding.
