层积处理及赤霉素浸种对大叶芹种子萌发的影响

Effect of Layer Deposition and Gibberellin Soaking on Seeds Germination of Spuriopiminella brachycarpa

摘要: 研究了不同层积温度、层积时间和赤霉素浓度对大叶芹(Spuriopiminella brachycarpa)种子萌发的影响,探讨了大叶芹种子萌发的适宜环境条件。通过对不同处理种子萌发数量的比较,得出大叶芹新鲜湿种子在层积温度8 ℃,层积时间45 d,用200 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)处理下的种子发芽最佳。

Abstract: To study the different layer deposition temperature,deposition time and gibberellin concentration on the seed germination of Spuriopiminella brachycarpa, the suitable environment of seed germination was discussed. By comparing the seed germination number under different treatments,it is concluded that the optimum cordition for the germination of S. brachycarpa was in 8 ℃ for 45 days,with 200 mg/L gibberellin(GA3).
