不同浓度木醋液对蓝莓生长发育的影响

Effects of Different Concentration of Wood Vinegar on Growth and Development of Blueberry

摘要: 以蓝莓(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)为试材,比较了设施环境下不同浓度木醋液对蓝莓生长的影响,以清水为对照,以稀释50、100、150、200、250、300倍的木醋液为处理,浇灌蓝莓苗。一段时间后,通过对有关指标的比较分析,筛选出最适宜的木醋液浓度。结果表明,使用木醋能有效降低基质的pH,且稀释适宜倍数后可满足蓝莓对酸性条件的需求,用6个不同浓度木醋液处理蓝莓后,生长指标方面各处理间差异不明显;品质指标方面,50倍木醋液处理的蓝莓在色素含量、可溶性糖含量等方面优于其他处理,100倍液与之相比差异不明显。

Abstract: Taking blueberry(Vaccinium uliginosum L.) as test material, the effects of different concentration of wood vinegar on the growth were studied. In the test process, with clear water as a control, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 times diluted wood vinegar was used to water blueberry plants. The physical and chemical properties were measured to screen the most suitable concentration of wood vinegar. The results showed that the use of wood vinegar can effectively reduce the pH of the substrate, and could meet the requirements of blueberry for acidic conditions when diluted for suitable times. There was no obvious difference in growth indicators of the 6 wood vinegar treatments with different concentration. On quality indicators, the blueberries of 50 times wood vinegar are superior to other treatments in pigment content, soluble sugar content, which was not different to 100 times wood vinegar.
