Abstract: Combining the characteristics and significance of the new professional farmer cultivation,the ideas of “locking objects,system training,policy support,and tracking guidance” was proposed in light of the problems of poor pertinence,low enthusiasm,and insignificant effect in the current education and training of farmers. This will fully promote the transformation of farmers' education and training methods from "training" to "cultivation," highlighting follow-up tracking services and policy support,and making them more targeted,systematic,and effective. The focus is on the exploration of cultivating ideas,and training methods such as tiered training,industrial chain training,and open training are proposed. In the target of training,the key players in the new market,such as planting and breeding farmers,responsible persons of farmers' cooperative organizations,leaders of leading enterprises,family farmers,etc.,are mainly targeted.
