带鳞片栽培对百合子球生长的影响

Effect of Cultivation with Scales on the Growth of Lily Bulblets

摘要: 百合(Lilium spp.)鳞片子球在田间栽培过程中存在植株生长势弱、子球生长量小、成球率低等问题。为了提高子球质量,以百合品种西伯利亚、索邦、木门的鳞片球为试验材料,进行带鳞片栽培和去鳞片栽培两种栽培方式对比试验。结果表明,3个品种带鳞片栽培比去鳞片栽培子球发芽时间都提前了3 d,子球抽薹率分别提高了7.33、4.33、15.43个百分点,子球植株高度分别提高了3.9、2.7、1.6 cm。3个品种带鳞片栽培对子球周径和重量的影响差异显著,子球周径比去鳞片栽培分别增加了28.2%、32.6%、24.1%,子球重量分别增加了20.1%、25.4%、48.5%。带鳞片栽培能够促进百合子球生长,提高子球质量,对百合种球商品化生产具有指导意义。

Abstract: In the field cultivation process,Lilium spp. has a problem of weak plant growth, small growth of the globules and low sphericity. In order to improve the quality of the sub-balls,the scales of the lily varieties Siberia,Sorbonne and Conca d’or were used as test materials,and two cultivation methods of scale cultivation and descaling cultivation were carried out. The results showed that the germination time of the cultivars of the three cultivars was 3 days earlier than that of the squamous cultivars,and the twitch rate was increased by 7.33%,4.33%,15.43%,and the height of the globules was increased by 3.9, 2.7,1.6 cm. The effects of scale cultivation on the circumference and weight of the three specie on the circumferences and weights of three cultivars were significant. The diameter of the subspheres increased by 28.2%,32.6%,24.1%,and the weight of the subspheres increased by 20.1%,25.4% and 48.5%,respectively. The scaly cultivation can promote the growth of lily bulbs and improve the quality of the pellets,which has guiding significance for the commercial production of lily bulbs.
