Comparison of Control Effect of New Microbial Fungicide with Chemical Pesticides against Aphis gossypii Glover

摘要: 为实现棉蚜的绿色防控,探究环境友好型新型微生物菌剂蚜必净对棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)的防治作用,同时采用两种化学杀虫剂吡虫啉和毒死蜱进行防效对比研究。结果表明,3种药剂对棉蚜均有明显的控制效果,但蚜必净处理5~15 d后,其防效维持在98%以上,与10%吡虫啉和40%毒死蜱处理存在极显著差异;10%吡虫啉和40%毒死蜱处理15 d后,防治效果开始下降,下降幅度较大,棉蚜数量上升。

Abstract: In order to realize the technology of green prevention and control, the effect of new environmental-friendly microbial fungicide Yabijing against Aphis gossypii was explored, compared to two chemical pesticides (imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos). Field tests indicated that Yabijing, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos showed high control efficacy. The control effect maintaine up to 98% after 5~15 days of microbial fungicide Yabijing application, and it had significant difference with the control effect of 10% imidacloprid and 40% chlorpyrifos application. The control effect of 10% imidacloprid and 40% chlorpyrifos application began to decrease and declined greatly after 15 days which resulted in increasing the quantity of A. gossypi.
