MC4RNR6A1基因与大白猪×清平猪F2黑色群体的经济性状关联分析

Elucidating the relationship between MC4R,NR6A1 gene and economic traits of black pigs in Yorkshire×Qingping F2 breed

摘要: 选择MC4RNR6A1基因分别对大白猪与清平猪杂交群体F2后代中黑色个体的胴体和生长进行关联性分析,以期为生产实践中对清平猪杂交品系的选育提供理论依据。结果表明,MC4R的优势基因为G等位基因,不同基因型明显影响背膘厚,AA型个体的平均日增重与AG型个体差异显著(P<0.05),与GG型个体差异极显著(P<0.01),其有利基因型为GG型;NR6A1的优势基因为A等位基因,不同基因型对背膘厚的影响差异明显,其对胴体和生长性状的有利基因分别为A和G等位基因。

Abstract: MC4R and NR6A1 genes were selected to conduct correlation analysis on carcass and growth of black individuals in the offspring of F2 hybridized populations of Yorkshire pigs and Qingping pigs respectively, in order to provide some theoretical basis for breeding Qingping pig hybrid lines in production practice. The results are as follows:the dominant gene of MC4R is G allele, the difference of different genotypes on backfat thickness is obvious, the average daily gain of AA individuals is significantly different from AG individuals (P<0.05), and the positive genotype is GG compared with GG individuals(P<0.01). The dominant gene of NR6A1 is A allele, and the effect of different genotypes on backfat thickness is obvious. The favorable genes for carcass and growth characters are A and G alleles, respectively.
