Abstract: In theory, agricultural crowdfunding has the functions of financial function and "integration of production and consumption", which is regarded as an important promoter of promoting the reform of China's agricultural supply side and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Through the data collection and mining of domestic agricultural crowdfunding platforms and their projects, it is found that the function of agricultural crowdfunding in China is deviated from the theoretical assumptions, and then the blurring and alienation of the above two functions have.However, this does not mean that there is a problem in the development of China's agricultural crowdfunding. The new functional orientation is caused by the demand of China's current agricultural management characteristics, that is, solving the back-end problem of the agricultural industrial chain.
