摘要: 针对人工影响天气工程的具体特点,主要探讨了人工影响天气工程效益评价指标设计的原则和特点,阐述了人工影响天气工程效益评价指标体系的构成,并对评价指标及评价方法进行了解释说明。该指标体系的构建将有利于东北区域人工影响天气工程效益评价工作的开展,并对其他区域人工影响天气工程效益评价工作起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: In view of the specific characteristics of artificial weather engineering, the principles and characteristics of the design of the evaluation index of artificial weather engineering benefits were mainly discussed, the composition of the evaluation index system of artificial weather engineering benefits was expounded, and the evaluation index and evaluation method was explained. The establishment of the index system will be beneficial to the evaluation of the engineering benefits of weather modification in northeast China, and play a reference role in the evaluation of the engineering benefits of weather modification in other regions.
