Abstract: In the Panzhihua tobacco planting area, the effects of different nitrogen application rates and the ratio of base and dressing fertilizer on the growth and quality of Honghua Dajinyuan were studied, which was planted on the medium fertility bench terrace. The results showed that, under the condition of dressing fertilizer： earth-up fertilizer=1.75∶0.8, no matter the total nitrogen application rate is 3.95 kg/667 m² or 2.95 kg/667 m², the single leaf weight of treatment is higher, the degree of leaf expansion is good, the output value and the percentage of superior leaves are the highest, and the chemical composition is coordinated, the aroma quality and the aroma quantity are the highest. According to the comprehensive analysis, under the conditions of the nitrogen application amount is 3.95 kg/667 m², and the base fertilizer∶dressing fertilizer∶earth-up fertilizer=1.4∶1.35~1.75∶0.8~1.2 is the best.
