GC-MS测定四照花花朵挥发性化学成分研究

GC-MS analysis of chemical components of volatile components from Dendrobenthamia japonica in flowers

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术,对四照花(Dendrobenthamia japonica)花朵中的挥发性化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,从四照花的花朵中共鉴定出41种挥发性化学成分,包括烯类、酯类、醇类,还有少量酸、杂环类和烷类物质,其中主要成分为4-甲基庚烷等15种,占总相对含量的86.83%。单萜类化合物是各类精油的主要成分,研究结果为该品种的深加工提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Volatile chemical constituents in flowers of four flowers were analyzed by means of top solid phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results showed that 41 volatile chemical components, including enes, esters, alcohols, and a small amount of acids, heterocyclic and alkanes, were identified from the flowers of the four flowers. The main components are 15 species, such as 4-methylheptane, accounting for 86.83% of the total relative content. Monoterpenoids are the main components of various essential oils, and the research provides a theoretical basis for the further processing of this variety.
