GC-MS法对广西莪术不同种质类型高挥发油含量的测定

Curcuma kwangsiensis germplasm different types of high volatile oil content by GC-MS analysis

摘要: 用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取挥发油,用GC-MS对广西莪术(Curcuma kwangsiensis)不同种质类型高挥发油含量的成分进行分析,测定其所含的挥发油成分与各成分含量。结果表明,广西莪术不同种质类型高挥发油类型既存在共有挥发油成分,又存在特有的挥发油成分,同一成分不同种质类型所得的质量分数各不相同,检出色谱峰的个数差别也较大,共检出31种化合物。经分析得出C-108、D-16、D-11、D-3共4个优良品种,不同含量的挥发油与其所含的化学成分和有效成分存在一定相关性,可为莪术挥发油的质量控制及选育广西莪术优良新品种提供科学依据。

Abstract: Steam distillation method using GC-MS of different germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis high volatile oil content of the composition analysis, determine its composition and contains volatile oil content of each component.The result showed that different germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis high volatile oil content types there are both volatile oil from volatile oils, and there peculiar volatile oil components, the same composition of different germplasm resulting mass fraction varies, the number of detected peaks are large differences of detected in 31 kinds of compounds.The results of C-108,D-16,D-11,D-3 the four varieties. With different content of volatile oil contains chemicals and active ingredients there is a certain correlation between the results of this study can be volatile oil quality control and breeding new varieties Curcuma provide a scientific basis.
