农村传统土坯房类旅游资源的价值分析——以剑门古蜀道区为例

Value analysis of rural traditional adobe housing tourism resources:Taking Jianmen ancient Shudao area as an example

摘要: 为探究农村传统土坯房类旅游资源价值,以剑门古蜀道区为例,邀请102位科研人员对区内的传统土坯房旅游资源价值进行评价,再以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对评价结果进行定量分析。结果表明,土坯房是独具地域特色的乡村旅游资源,“留住乡愁”的价值尤为明显;剑门古蜀道区土坯房类旅游资源具有良好的综合价值,其主要类型为旅游开发价值、潜在的社会与经济价值,旅游开发价值尤为明显;在22项指标中,“留住乡愁”、情感记载、特色风貌保留、特色食宿、市场空间、吸引绿色旅游投资、促进城乡交流增进认同7项指标的价值明显,但审美观赏、特色休闲和科研科教科普的价值较低。

Abstract: In order to explore the value of rural traditional adobe housing tourism resources, taking Jianmen ancient Shudao area as an example, 102 researchers were invited to evaluate the value of traditional adobe housing tourism resources in the district. Then the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to quantitatively analyze the evaluation results. The results show that the adobe house is a rural tourism resource with unique regional characteristics. The value of "retaining the homesickness" is particularly obvious. The tourism resources of the adobe house in Jianmen ancient Shudao area have good comprehensive value. The main types are tourism development value, potential social and economic value, and tourism development value is particularly obvious. Among the 22 indicators, the values of "retaining homesickness", emotional records, special features, special accommodations, market space, attracting green tourism investment, and promoting urban and rural exchanges to enhance recognition are obvious. However, the value of aesthetic appreciation, characteristic leisure and scientific research science and education is low.
