山桐子扦插方法研究

Study on cutting method of Idesia polycarpa Maxim.

摘要: 分析了山桐子(Idesia polycarpa Maxim.)的嫩枝扦插和硬枝扦插不同处理方式对其扦插成活的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂浓度、插穗部位、植物生长调节剂种类是影响硬枝扦插的主要因素。植物生长调节剂浓度对山桐子嫩枝扦插成活率的影响极显著,切口方向、插穗部位、植物生长调节剂种类对嫩枝扦插成活率影响显著,其余各因素的影响不显著。在全封闭条件下,采用200 mg/kg萘乙酸(NAA)处理山桐子嫩枝,扦插的成活率最高。

Abstract: The effects of different treatments on the survival of twigs and hard branches cuttings of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of plant growth regulators, the position of cuttings and the types of plant growth regulators were the main factors affecting hard branches cutting. The effect of plant growth regulator concentration on the survival rate of twigs cuttings was very significant. The cutting direction, cuttings location and plant growth regulator types had significant effects on the survival rate of twigs cuttings, while the other factors had no significant effects. Under completely closed condition, 200 mg/kg NAA was used to treat the twigs of Idesia polycarpa Maxim., and the survival rate of cuttings was the highest.
