茶叶农药残留检测分析方法研究进展

Research progress of determination methods of pesticide residues in tea

摘要: 论述了茶叶农药残留检测的必要性以及茶叶农药残留检测的前处理方法,对固相萃取(SPE)、加速溶剂萃取(ASE)、微波辅助萃取(MAE)、超临界流体萃取(SFE)等萃取方法的原理、应用以及与传统前处理方法相比较的优点进行了概括。也对茶叶农残分析检测方法进行了综述,包括色谱法、酶联免疫法和生物传感器。

Abstract: The necessity of tea agricultural residue detection and the method of tea pretreatment were discussed. The principle, application and advantages of solid phase extraction (SPE),accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), microwave assisted extraction of (MAE), Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and other extraction methods compared with the traditional pretreatment methods were summarized.In addition, the detection methods of tea agricultural residues were reviewed, including chromatography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and biosensors.
