大林姬鼠和黑线姬鼠血清中两种免疫酶的比较分析

Comparative analysis of two kinds of immune enzymes in serum of Apodemus peninsulaeand and Apodemus agrarius

摘要: 采用PAGE方法对大林姬鼠(Apodemus peninsulae)和黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)血清中SOD、POD两种免疫酶的分布和活性进行比较分析并建立SOD、POD电泳图谱。结果表明,在大林姬鼠和黑线姬鼠血清中SOD和POD均有表达,但两种鼠个体间的酶的分布和活性存在明显差异。

Abstract: PAGE method was adopted to compare and analyze the distribution and activity of SOD and POD 2 immune enzymes in the serum of Apodemus peninsulae and Apodemus agrarius, and the electrophoresis patterns of SOD and POD enzymes were established. The results showed that SOD and POD were expressed in the serum of Apodemus peninsulae and Apodemus agrarius, but there were significant differences in the distribution and activity of enzymes between the two species.
