大林姬鼠在应激条件下记忆和学习能力的研究

Effects of stress on memory and learning ability in Apodemus peninsulae

摘要: 为了解应激情况对大林姬鼠(Apodemus peninsulae)行为及记忆学习能力的影响,采用24 h监控的方式对大林姬鼠在应激情况下的行为进行观察,结果在无电击情况下大林姬鼠往返A、B两点次数及取食量基本持平;被电击后大林姬鼠产生了一定的记忆能力,出现了回避危害的行为,表明应激条件增强了其记忆学习的能力。

Abstract: In this experiment, 7 Apodemus peninsulae's were taken electric shock and monitored by 24 h to study the effects of stress on their behavior and memory learning ability. The results showed that the round trip times between A and B and food intake of the 7 Apodemus peninsulae without electric shock were almost the same. After being shocked, the Apodemus peninsulae showed behaviors of avoiding harm. It indicated that stress conditions like electric shock could enhance their ability to learn and memory.
