中国畜产品质量安全的双重二元性及其形成机制

Double duality and formation mecharism of animal products quality safety in China

摘要: 叙述了畜产品质量安全的双重二元性,即产品实体层面的质量安全与消费者心理层面的质量安全,官方评价的质量安全与民间评价的质量安全。在此基础上,分析了畜产品质量安全的形成机制,消费者感知的畜产品质量不安全的原因,并提出了提升畜产品质量安全的相应对策建议。

Abstract: The double duality of animal product quality safety is revealed, that is, quality safety of product entity level and quality safety of consumer psychology level, quality safety of official evaluation and quality safety of non-governmental evaluation. On this basis, the formation mechanism of livestock product quality safety was analyzed, the reasons of unsafe quality of livestock products perceived by consumers were revealed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the quality safety of livestock products.
