烟梗基改性多孔材料的制备及在卷烟中的应用

Preparation of tobacco stem based modified porous materials and application in cigarette smoke

摘要: 以烟梗提取后残渣为原料,先发酵预处理,微波干燥后制粒,经半碳化、KOH改性制备出一种新型改性多孔材料。采用扫描电镜、比表面积及孔隙分析仪对半碳化多孔材料表面形貌、比表面积及孔隙结构进行表征。结果表明,材料表面是以大量空腔和孔洞为主多孔形貌,并具有较高的比表面积和孔容;将改性多孔材料添加到卷烟滤棒中进行卷烟应用分析,发现改性多孔材料复合滤棒不仅可以降低卷烟主流烟气中的焦油和7种有害物质的含量,还可以使烟气更柔和、细腻。

Abstract: Using the residue of tobacco stem which had extracted as material,a new modified porous material was prepared by fermentation pretreatment, microwave drying and granulation, semi-carbonation and KOH modification. The surface morphology, specific surface area and pore structure of semi-carbonized porous materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), specific surface area and pore analyzer. The results showed that the surface of the modified porous materials was typical porous structure which mainly was based on a large number of cavities and pores. The material had high specific surface area and pore volume. Compared to the control cigarettes, the filter rod with modified porous material can reduce the tar and the seven hazardous substances of the cigarette smoke. The sensory quality showed that the material could make the cigarette smoke soften and finer.
