绞股蓝愈伤组织增殖及芽分化研究

Callus proliferation and bud differentiation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum

摘要: 以绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)茎段为外植体,以MS为基础培养基,通过添加不同植物生长调节剂,筛选诱导愈伤组织增殖、芽分化以及生根的最适培养基。结果表明,绞股蓝最适愈伤组织增殖培养基为MS+ 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.01 mg/L,愈伤组织体积增加2.7倍;最适芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,平均生芽数为5.7;最适生根培养基为MS培养基添加0.1 mg/L NAA,生根率为91%。

Abstract: With stem of Gynostemma pentaphyllum as explants, MS was used as the basic medium, and different plant growth additives were added to optimize the optimal medium for inducing callus, bud differentiation and rooting. Results showed that the optimal culture medium for callus proliferation was MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.01 mg/L, callus volume increased 2.7 times; The most suitable bud differentiation medium was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L, the average number of bud 5.7; To take root the optimal medium for MS culture medium added 0.1 mg/L NAA, the rooting rate was 91%.
