盐协迫对五种菊科植物种子萌发的影响

Effects of salt stress on seed germination of five compositaes

摘要: 以金盏菊、金鸡菊、黑心菊、天人菊和大滨菊5种菊科植物种子为材料,研究了NaCl盐胁迫对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明,5种菊科植物的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数3项指标与NaCl浓度呈极显著负相关。较高浓度NaCl对5种菊科植物的萌发具有抑制甚至毒害作用。菊科植物中不同品种对盐的耐受性不同,天人菊的耐受性最弱,0.50%的NaCl浓度下发芽率为0。0.50%的NaCl浓度对5种菊科植物萌发均具有明显抑制作用,在生产上可把0.50%作为这些植物种子萌发的土壤NaCl溶液浓度限值,5种菊科植物均具有一定的抗盐性,可以适当接受0.10%~0.20%的较低NaCl浓度环境,其中0.10%的NaCl浓度对天人菊的种子萌发具有促进作用。

Abstract: The effects of NaCl salt stress on seed germination of were studied by using the seeds of five species of compositaes, such as Calendula officinalis L.,Coreopsis drummondii Torr. et Gray,Rudbeckia hirta L.,Gaillardia pulchella Foug. and Leucanthemum maximum (Ramood) DC. The results showed that the relative germination rate, relative germination potential and relative germination index of five chrysanthemum plants were significant negatively correlated with NaCl concentration. The high NaCl environmental concentration inhibited and even poisoned the germination of five species of chrysanthemum. Different species have different tolerance to salt in compositaes. The tolerance of the Gaillardia pulchella Foug. was the weakest, and the germination rate was 0 at 0.5% NaCl concentration.The NaCl concentration of 0.5% had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of five kinds of compositaes. In production, 0.5% can be used as the concentration limit value of soil NaCl environmental solution for the germination of these plant seeds. All five species of chrysanthemum plants have certain salt-resistant nature. They can properly accept the lower NaCl concentration environment of 0.10%~0.20%, of which 0.1% of the NaCl concentration also plays a role in promoting seed germination of the Gaillardia pulchella Foug.
