金阳县土地资源承载力与建设用地适宜性评价

Evaluation on carrying capacity of land resources and suitability of construction land in Jinyang county

摘要: 西南山地城市具有地形地貌复杂、生态环境敏感、城市建设用地紧张、人口高密度集聚及经济发展相对滞后等特点,城市发展建设受到极大的制约。为更科学地制定城市发展规划提供参考依据,对具有代表性的西南地区山地城市金阳县进行建设用地适宜性评价以及基于均方差决策法的土地资源承载力评价。结果表明,金阳县城区建设用地适宜性评分为7.87,属于适宜建设区域;2007—2016年的土地资源承载力从良好状态逐渐降低至危机状态,尤其是在2008—2009年由于人口激增而大幅度降低;土地资源承载潜力与土地资源承载力呈正相关,整体呈下降趋势;土地资源承载效率与土地资源承载力呈负相关,整体呈上升趋势;县城主城区建设用地适宜性良好,但城市边缘适宜性差。在此基础上,提出了加快新城区建设,对老城区进行合理的人口规划和人口疏散;注意对土地资源的保护,尤其是对适宜性好的建设用地进行有规划的使用,达到可持续发展的目的等两点建议。

Abstract: The southwestern mountainous cities are characterized by complex topography and geomorphology, sensitive ecological environment, tight urban construction land, high population density, and relatively lagging economic development. Urban development and construction are greatly restricted. To provide a reference for the more scientific formulation of urban development planning, the suitability evaluation of construction land and the carrying capacity evaluation of land resource based on the mean square error decision-making method in the representative mountainous city of Jinyang county in the southwestern region, were carried out.The results showed that land suitability score was 7.87, which was suitable for the construction area. The land resource carrying capacity had gradually decreased from good state to crisis state in the decade from 2007 to 2016, and land resource carrying capacity sharply decreased during the period from 2008 to 2009 due to the population increase. In the evaluation of land resource carrying capacity, the land resource carrying potential were positively correlated with the carrying capacity of land resources, and the overall trend showed a downward trend; The land resources carrying efficiency was negatively correlated with the carrying capacity of land resources, and the overall trend was upward. The suitability of construction land in urban area was good, but the edge of urban area was poor. Two suggestions were put forward:Accelerate the construction of the new city, and carry out reasonable population planning and population evacuation for the old city; Pay attention to the protection of land resources, especially the planned use of suitable land for construction, to achieve the purpose of sustainable development.
