江汉鸡A系选育研究

摘要: 以江汉鸡为基本育种素材,导入高产基因,采用全同胞家系选育法,结合分子标记辅助选择(Marker assisted selection,MAS)技术,开展江汉鸡A系选育研究,结果表明,经过4个世代的选育,江汉鸡A系外貌特征基本一致,遗传性能稳定,全群麻羽。四世代核心群50%开产日龄由零世代的156.35 d提前到149.40 d,约提前7 d;公鸡300日龄体重由零世代的1 726.49 g增长到四世代的1 865.59 g,母鸡由1 487.83 g增长到1 578.64 g;平均蛋重由零世代的51.26 g下降至四世代的50.28 g;四世代40周龄平均产蛋104.35个,较零世代提高了9个。利用绿壳蛋分子标记开展蛋壳颜色的选择,三世代、四世代观测群绿壳蛋比例均达到99%以上,各世代核心群绿壳蛋比例为100%,借助MAS技术可以实现精准控制商品代绿壳蛋比例,满足多样化的市场需求。

Abstract: The breeding of Jianghan chicken A strain was studied for 4 generations by modern breeding methods for whole family and MAS,with Jianghan chicken as the basic breeding material,high-yield genes were introduced.The results showed that the feather characteristics of Jianghan chicken A strain were basically stable,with 100% of may-feather chicken.For the core group of generation 4,the age of 50% of egg production was 7 d in advance;Body weight at age of 300 days was improved by 139.10 g and 90.81 g for cock and hen,respectively;The average egg weight of generation 0 was 51.26 g,and that of generation 4 was 50.28 g.The egg production number of generation 4 was 104.35,increased by 9 compared with generation 0;The proportion of green-shell eggs in the observation groups of generation 3~4 was over 99%,and it was 100% in core groups for generation 0~4.The proportion of green-shell eggs can be precisely controlled by MAS in commercial stocks.
