朱顶红根腐病病原菌的鉴定

Identification of root rot diseases from Hippeastrum rutilum

摘要: 采用组织分离法对朱顶红(Hippeastrum rutilum)根部发病组织进行病原菌分离,通过分离菌株的形态学观察和ITS序列分析方法鉴定该病原菌。结果表明,该病原菌菌落呈圆形,菌丝最初为白色绒毛状,随时间菌落逐渐变为浅黄色;病原菌菌株的分生孢子有两种形态,大型分生孢子较直或稍弯曲为镰刀形,有较多横隔,小型分生孢子呈卵圆或椭圆形,有1~2个横隔;从病原菌菌株的形态学、致病性测定和ITS 序列分析初步鉴定该菌为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)。

Abstract: The pathogen from the root tissue of Hippeastrum rutilum was isolated by tissue isolation method, and the pathogen was identified by morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that the colony of the pathogen was round, the hyphae were white villous at first, and gradually changed to light yellow with time, and the conidia of the pathogen strain had two forms, the large conidia were straight or slightly curved into sickle shape, there were more transverse septum, and the small conidia were oval or oval with 1~2 transverse septum. The pathogen was identified as Fusarium solani by morphology, pathogenicity determination and ITS sequence analysis.
