广西百色西番莲茎基腐病病原菌分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of the pathogens of Passiflora coerulea L. stem rot in Baise, Guangxi

摘要: 采用组织分离法、科赫法则及rDNA-ITS测序鉴定等方法,对广西百色市西番莲(Passiflora coerulea L.)茎基腐病致病菌进行分离、培养和鉴定。结果表明,分离鉴定获得6种不同形态和致病力的病原真菌,其中4株分别鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、烟草疫霉菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)、焦腐病菌(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)和串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme),2株为镰刀菌属(Fusarium),但尚未鉴定到种。

Abstract: The pathogen of Passiflora coerulea L. stem rot in Baise City, Guangxi were isolated, cultured and identified by means of tissue separation, Koch's rule and rDNA-ITS sequencing. The results showed that 6 kinds of pathogenic fungi with different morphology and pathogenicity were isolated and identified. Four strains were identified as Fusarium oxysporum, Phytophthora nicotianae, Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Fusarium moniliforme, 2 strains were identified as Fusarium, but their the species had not been identified.
