摘要/Abstract

摘要： 乡村振兴战略自党的十九大以来备受关注,2020年乡村振兴制度框架和政策体系基本建成。 2021年作为新目标的新起点,找准发展模式是基本实现农业农村现代化的条件之一。通过对句容市茅山镇李塔村、丁庄2个典型村庄的比较分析,结合已有文献研究、现场调查研究,从农业经营主体、农业经营方式、产业驱动力等方面对农业发展进行分析。研究发现,有组织、有规模的现代化农业在一定程度上可以带动乡村的振兴,农业科技促进农业发展,内生驱动力带动的乡村发展更为持久。不同乡村特质不同,需要通过科学的判断对其发展进行指导,在新的发展阶段精准施策,挖掘村庄独特的发展魅力。

Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy has attracted attention since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The institutional framework and policy system for rural revitalization will be basically completed in 2020. As a new starting point for the new goal in 2021, identifying the development model is one of the conditions for basically realizing agricultural and rural modernization. Based on the comparative analysis of two typical villages, Lita village and Dingzhuang village, Maoshan town, Jurong city, combined with existing literature research and field investigation and research, the agricultural development is analyzed from the aspects of agricultural business entities, agricultural business methods, and industrial driving forces. The study found that organized and large-scale modern agriculture can drive rural revitalization to a certain extent, agricultural technology promotes agricultural development, and rural development driven by endogenous driving forces is more durable. Different villages have different characteristics, and it is necessary to guide their development through scientific judgment, and implement precise policies in the new development stage to tap the unique development charm of the village.
